Yummy pumpkin seeds, we saved them this year and baked them (a week later). They were delicious. Carson and I ate them all in one setting.

Carson (as you see) did the scooping with his hands, whereas, Jess did the scooping with a spoon. Then her princess hands didn't have to get orange and sticky.
